Answer
My department recognises the importance of ensuring that victims of domestic abuse can access safe and reliable transport when seeking refuge and I will continue to work with the Minster for Justice, who has been engaging directly with Translink on this matter under the Domestic and Sexual Abuse strategy.
Translink manages the scheme for free public transport for people fleeing domestic abuse. Information on the use of, and referrals to, the scheme is held by Translink as part of its operational management of the scheme.
