Answer
Trusts have a Domestic Abuse Training Framework that is available to Court Children’s Officers which provides training from Level 1 – Level 4. The content of the training progresses from corporate mandatory training and eLearning to include specific training related to coercive control, non- fatal strangulation, how domestic abuse impacts different groups of people, technology assisted abuse, perpetrator typologies and appropriate interventions. The training provided is applicable to both public law and private family law applications.
