Officials continue to evaluate delivery of the 2024–2026 Delivery Plan through a structured framework combining populationlevel indicators with quarterly actionlevel monitoring.
Programmelevel activity is monitored through OutcomesBased Accountability (OBA) reporting, which assesses the performance of delivery actions across partners. Lessons learned are identified as part of this process and have been used to inform the development of the next Delivery Plan 2026-2028 which we intend to bring to the Executive for approval shortly.
Official statistics and survey data, which are reported annually, are also evaluated to help measure the longterm progress toward the six strategic outcomes set out in the Strategic Framework.
As well as the ongoing monitoring of outcomes, a mid-term review of the Strategic Framework will be taken forward which will include an evaluation of the 2024-2026 delivery plan.
