To ask the First Minister and deputy First Minister whether their Department will consult the original co-design partners. on the second delivery plan, for the Ending Violence Against Women and Girls Strategic Framework.

The draft second Delivery Plan 2026-2028 has been informed by feedback from delivery partners which indicates that current delivery models, particularly around the Change Fund, are working well. We have also reflected any lessons learned from the first phase of delivery.

The second Plan will continue to focus on community investment, collaboration and campaigns in line with the objectives of the Strategic Framework, with a focus on Prevention.

This approach will allow us to build on momentum established through the first Delivery Plan, ensuring continuity, consolidating good practice and lessons learned and will allow for the scaling of initiatives that have proven effective.
