Answer
The second call for projects to the School Enhancement Programme (SEP) closed on 28 February 2017. An application to SEP was made on behalf of St Columbanus’ College by the Catholic Council of Maintained Schools (CCMS).
Following consideration of their options, the school confirmed that it was content to advance in design under SEP, rather than pursue a future application for a new-build project. The school was announced to proceed in planning and design as a SEP project in January 2019.
