Answer
The Department has not undertaken an awareness-raising programme in secondary schools specifically focused on child pornography offences.
Schools and educational settings are informed of online safety risks, including indecent images of children, online grooming, child sexual exploitation and sextortion, through initiatives such as Safer Schools Northern Ireland, safeguarding guidance, and resources provided by the Education Authority and safeguarding partners.
The Department continues to work with schools and partner organisations to promote safe online behaviour and help protect children and young people from online harm.
