Answer
As part of the development process for the Ending Violence Against Women and Girls Strategic Framework, a comprehensive scoping exercise was undertaken to review strategies and approaches across other jurisdictions, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Ireland, as well as internationally.
In 2024, we conducted a high-level mapping exercise to identify general services relating to violence against women and girls provided by Northern Ireland Departments. We continue to work closely with neighbouring regions to align our efforts and benefit from shared best practice and learning.
