Answer

Since opening in September 2023, the Minor Injury Unit in the Ulster has seen over 10,000 patients, with only 5 complaints.

The Trust has had 9 formally logged compliments and the patient experience surveys have delivered excellent feedback, from those who have used the service, with over 97% recommending it.

As part of the consultation process, the Trust will be engaging in a formal assessment of the changes to its Minor Injury Service.
