Answer
Officials will assess the need for additional restrictions within this area from May to September during the period when the Department is aware of reports of inconsiderate parking. If a change is proposed it will be considered for inclusion in the work programme for the next financial year, which is presented to council each year and then published online.
Concerns about vehicles which are parked inappropriately which cause an obstruction or danger to any other road users should be reported to the to the police who is the enforcement authority using their non-emergency number 101.
