Answer

The Ending Violence Against Women and Girls (EVAWG) Delivery Plan 2024–2026 is being evaluated through structured monitoring and independent evaluation, in line with the EVAWG Strategic Framework.

Evaluation focuses on progress against the Delivery Plan’s outcomes, actions, and milestones, using Outcomes Based Accountability data returns from activities and delivery partners along with oversight by The Executive Office.

An action and learning approach is applied across the delivery period, ensuring learning from implementation informs ongoing improvement.

Findings are reported through the established governance arrangements, namely the Programme Board and the Oversight Board, which support accountability, inform decision-making and help shape future delivery.

It is intended to provide a report to the Executive on the first Delivery Plan 2024-2026 this Autumn.

An independent programme evaluation will be commissioned later this financial year to assess delivery progress, outcomes, and implementation learning.
