Answer
(i) The Northern Ireland Cancer Registry (NICR) produces the annual Official Statistics on cancer incidence, prevalence, and survival in Northern Ireland. Publications by the NICR therefore constitute the authoritative source for ovarian cancer incidence figures.
The NICR main website is: www.qub.ac.uk/research-centres/nicr/
The most recent validated data available from the NICR covers cancer diagnoses up to and including the year 2022. This is confirmed in the Ovarian Cancer Official Statistics Report (2025), which specifies the ovarian cancer incidence annually from 1993 to 2022. This report can be accessed at:
https://www.qub.ac.uk/research-centres/nicr/file-store/official-statistics-1993-2022/Ovarian%20cancer%20report.pdf
Further summary information is also available in the Factsheet and Datasheets at:

(ii) Please see below trust of residence for ovarian cancer patients on PARP inhibitors treated by the Northern Ireland Cancer Centre.
