Answer
Public Protection flags are assigned to an individual’s record in line with Regional Public Protection Arrangements NI (PPANI) Risk Assessment and Management. PPANI will review the individual’s record depending on their category of risk, every 16 weeks or annually. PPANI staff will review existing flags and amend or remove to reflect any change in the Risk Management Plan. Flags will have an expiry date added where applicable.
