Answer
The installation of a new pedestrian crossing on the Bloomfield Road, Bangor is listed within the Ards and North Down Borough Council Annual Report 2023/24 and the work was initially anticipated to commence on-site before the end of March 2024.
However, there was a slight delay but I am pleased to advise that work has started on site to facilitate NIE works and the remaining works will be scheduled for completion during the school holidays, taking into account the availability of resources and capacity.
